Although Michael Pollan and Alice Waters are right on with their views on sustainable foods and why we should be eating more fresh, local foods, they are also living in a slight "dream world" bubble when it comes to understanding how the majority of people eat.
Washington state also just passed a fabulous bill that will help children have more access to locally grown produce through the school lunch program. The article talks about that bill and its impact.
