I do not belong to a Book Club..yet!

It would most certainly be about Cooking, as it's one of my favorite things to do :)

Book clubs.. One of my favorite subjects. =) I lead two book clubs, both Christian, for my church and our former local Christian bookstore. We've done several great books in these book clubs. Redeeming Love, The Shack, The Oak Leaves, In Search of Eden, A Proper Pursuit. Obviously, I would love this!!

I love books and I love to read but I don't belong to a book club. I honestly don't know of any local to me. I'd start one up but I wouldn't know who to invite (I don't know too many people).

My favorite type of book is true crime stories.

Thank you for a fun giveaway!

I"ve been in a bookclub once. It was relgious books. It moved too slowly for me,like a chapter a week. I understand they wanted everyone to be able to join, but a 50 chapter book and you're there a full year.

Oh, wow, the names of the dishes included in the recipes sounds great. I do join the ACFW book club on line with chats we do from the 20th to the end of each month. A book is voted to discuss out of probably at least ten choices, a month or so in advance to give people a chance to get the book and get it read. I'm having a hard time picking which book is my favorite to have discussed, the two recent ones that come to mind are Julie Lessman's A Passion Most Pure and this month is Michelle Sutton's it's Not about Me. Both GREAT books. There has been more before that are great too.
I am subscribed to your blog and have already made a comment on the Canning up a storm blog.

I'm not in a book club but I do like the idea of being in one. I used to be in a mom/daughter one where we discussed the books the girls were reading. That was pretty fun actually. I think I'd like one now that read books that are currently "hot" because I tend to shop from the bestseller list most often.
